Blake Williams, who recently completed his sophomore year at Dunwoody High in Georgia, won the boys 15-16 division title in the 110-meter hurdles in a wind-legal 14.41 seconds at the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore.
